Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
